Hello! I am Aldara, an artist originally from Northern Spain and currently residing in the UK. I am the founder of Play & Whimsical, a brand that reflects my unique and feminine aesthetic.

With a strong passion for crafting techniques, I have developed a diverse range of playful and distinctive prints, stationery, and products. My extensive experience in quilting and dressmaking has allowed me to print fabrics with my designs for personal projects, deepening my appreciation for textile design and the nuances of quilting and home sewing. Additionally, I have crafted handmade notebooks featuring my original covers, as well as printed wedding invitations, greeting cards, and bespoke wrapping paper.

My creative approach focuses on infusing personality and vibrancy into home décor, steering clear of conventional designs. Influenced by nature, my work incorporates elements of Cottagecore, Fairycore, and Midcentury styles, often featuring empowering quotes that celebrate women.
